This recipe calls for the follow products in the Elevated Pantry:
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- 2 - 2.5 teaspoons of Black to My Roots
- 2 cups of Fresh Okra (washed, clipped on both sides, sliced through halfway)
- sea salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients besides pre-washed/cut okra.
Add okra in the bowl, and toss.
Lay on a dehydrator sheet & dehydrate at 118 degrees for 12-18 hours -- until you achieve your desired consistency.
**If you do not have a dehydrator, place in the oven at it's lowest temperature and dehydrate for 1.5 - 2 hours.
